Return period
You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us of your intention to return a product, where provided for by law.
Before sending any item back, please contact us at info@sex969.net, stating your order number and the product you wish to return.
After notifying us, the product must be sent back within the applicable legal period.
Return conditions
The product must be returned complete and in appropriate condition. The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the customer, except where the product is defective, incorrect or in another situation for which Sex969 is legally responsible.
Intimate and hygiene products
For health and hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for products supplied sealed where they have been opened or used, or where the hygiene or tamper-evident seal has been removed after delivery.
This applies particularly to sex toys and other products for intimate use, as well as hygiene products, cosmetics, lubricants and similar items supplied sealed.
If you wish to return an intimate product, do not open it or remove the protective seal.
Defective products
The above limitations do not affect the consumer's statutory rights where a product is defective or does not conform to the contract.
In this case, please contact info@sex969.net, stating your order number, the problem identified and, whenever possible, providing photographs.
Refund
Once the return has been received and checked, the refund will be processed in accordance with the terms and time limits established by law, using the same payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Sex969 may withhold the refund until the returned product has been received or proof of return shipment has been provided.
